1. Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

RaveNodes offers a seven (7) calendar-day money-back guarantee to eligible first-time customers. Eligible customers may submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase of their first qualifying server service. Refund eligibility is limited to new customers and does not extend to subsequent purchases, additional services, or existing customer orders. Dedicated Servers are expressly excluded from this guarantee due to the costs associated with hardware provisioning, allocation, and deployment. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by RaveNodes in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

2. Non-Refundable Services and Charges

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, the following services, charges, and circumstances are not eligible for refunds: (a) Dedicated Servers and associated hardware provisioning or setup costs; (b) recurring subscription payments, monthly renewals, and other renewal charges; (c) purchases made by existing customers or purchases subsequent to a customer's initial qualifying order; (d) refund requests submitted after the seven (7) calendar-day eligibility period; (e) custom services, custom add-ons, domain name registrations, and other third-party services or purchases that are non-refundable or for which RaveNodes has incurred non-recoverable costs; and (f) services terminated, suspended, or rendered inaccessible as a result of the customer's violation of the RaveNodes Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or other applicable service policies. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

3. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers seeking a refund are required to submit a support ticket to RaveNodes and allow a reasonable opportunity for the matter to be reviewed and resolved before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or similar reversal through a bank, payment card issuer, or payment service provider. Where a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting RaveNodes, RaveNodes reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules, to suspend or restrict the customer's account and associated services while the dispute is reviewed. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in the loss of eligibility under this voluntary money-back guarantee. This provision does not prohibit customers from exercising any non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.

4. Refund Approval and Processing

All refund requests must be submitted through the official RaveNodes support system and are subject to verification and review. If a refund is approved, RaveNodes will ordinarily issue the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing and settlement times depend on the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or payment service provider, and refunds may take several business days to appear in the customer's account. RaveNodes does not guarantee a specific settlement timeframe once a refund has been submitted for processing. RaveNodes reserves the right to reject refund requests involving suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, inaccurate or misleading information, or attempts to circumvent applicable service policies, subject to applicable law.

5. Amendments to This Policy

RaveNodes reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated terms will be published through the official RaveNodes website or another appropriate communication channel. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, changes will take effect upon publication or on any later effective date specified in the updated policy. Changes will not retroactively eliminate refund rights that have already accrued under the policy in effect at the time of purchase. Continued use of RaveNodes services following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
