We want you to feel confident hosting with RaveNodes. Here is a super simple breakdown of our 7-day refund rules, what is eligible, and how getting your money back works.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a first-time customer and change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying your first server. (Note: Dedicated Servers are not refundable because of fixed physical hardware setup costs).
2. What We Cannot Refund
We cannot issue refunds for Dedicated Servers, recurring monthly renewals, existing customer orders, refund requests made after the 7-day limit, custom add-ons/domain names, or accounts that got banned for breaking our rules.
3. No Bank Chargebacks
If you need your money back, please open a support ticket with us directly. Opening a bank chargeback or PayPal dispute instead of asking us first will immediately lock your account and void your refund eligibility.
4. How You Get Paid Back
Once your refund request is approved by our support team, the money goes straight back to your original payment card or PayPal account within a few business days. We reserve the right to deny refunds if someone tries to abuse this system.
5. Policy Updates
We may update these refund rules occasionally. Continuing to use RaveNodes hosting services means you accept any updated refund terms.
