Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This Service Level Agreement ('SLA') defines the service commitments, performance targets, and remedies offered by RaveNodes ('RaveNodes', 'we', 'us', 'our') to customers ('Customer', 'you', 'your') using RaveNodes hosting services. This SLA forms part of the RaveNodes Terms of Service and applies only to active accounts in good standing.
1. General Use Requirements
Users must use RaveNodes services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, our Terms of Service, platform-specific restrictions, third-party software licenses, and are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use RaveNodes services to violate laws, facilitate criminal activity, distribute illegal materials, commit fraud, gain unauthorized access to systems or networks, bypass security measures, exploit vulnerabilities without permission, intercept traffic, engage in phishing or credential theft, create or distribute malware, conduct network attacks, or engage in spam and messaging abuse.
3. Resource Usage and Service Abuse
Users may not intentionally misuse resources through excessive consumption, resource exhaustion, service manipulation, plan limitation circumvention, trial abuse, inappropriate storage use, or activities that negatively affect infrastructure stability.
4. Game Hosting Restrictions
Users may not operate game servers for malicious purposes, distribute unauthorized software, host harmful modifications, impersonate others, evade third-party restrictions, or intentionally disrupt multiplayer environments, and remain responsible for all content, administrators, plugins, and software associated with their servers.
5. Content Policy
Users may not host, store, distribute, or transmit unlawful, harmful, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content, including stolen data, unauthorized personal information, threats, violent content, abusive material, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
6. Fair Usage
Users may not abuse services through excessive automation, repeated support misuse, account creation intended to evade restrictions, service manipulation, or attempts to bypass usage limitations.
7. Security Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining account and service security through strong authentication practices, software maintenance, application security, and prompt reporting of suspected compromises.
8. Reporting Abuse
Suspected violations may be reported to the RaveNodes Abuse Department by providing a description of the issue, relevant dates, supporting evidence, and affected services where available. Contact methods include abuse@ravenodes.com and the billing.ravenodes.com support portal.
9. Enforcement Actions
RaveNodes may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, account termination, content removal, resource limitations, or reporting activities to relevant authorities where required.
10. Appeals
Users may submit appeals regarding enforcement actions, although submission of an appeal does not guarantee modification or reversal of a decision.
11. Policy Changes
RaveNodes reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without notice, and continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
