Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (‘AUP’) governs the use of services provided by RaveNodes ('RaveNodes', 'we', 'us', 'our'), and by using our services, you agree to comply with this policy, which forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all hosting, infrastructure, and related services offered by RaveNodes.

1. Purpose

This policy defines acceptable and responsible behavior when using RaveNodes’ services.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users; submit spam or false reports; violate laws, third-party rights, or intellectual property; or attempt to exploit or hack our services.

3. Support Abuse & Misconfiguration Issues

Support is provided for legitimate service issues. User-caused problems, like misconfigured plugins, broken server files, or custom setups, are assisted at lower priority. Users are expected to have the skills or a developer for complex setups (e.g., Minecraft servers). Excessive, irrelevant, or abusive requests may result in restricted access or suspension.

4. Security Violations

Unauthorized attempts to breach or exploit services will result in account termination and potential legal action.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension, restricted access, or reporting to authorities when necessary.
