This Acceptable Use Policy (‘AUP’) governs the use of services provided by RaveNodes ('RaveNodes', 'we', 'us', 'our'), and by using our services, you agree to comply with this policy, which forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all hosting, infrastructure, and related services offered by RaveNodes.
Users must use RaveNodes services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, our Terms of Service, platform-specific restrictions, third-party software licenses, and are responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts.
Users may not use RaveNodes services for any illegal activities, including violating applicable laws, facilitating criminal activity, distributing illegal materials, committing fraud, or gaining unauthorized access to systems or networks. Unauthorized activities such as bypassing security measures, exploiting vulnerabilities without permission, intercepting network traffic, phishing, or stealing credentials are strictly prohibited. Users may not create, host, distribute, or operate malware or other harmful software, including viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, malicious scripts, cryptocurrency mining malware, or any software designed to damage, compromise, or disrupt systems. Any activity intended to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with networks or services, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, network flooding, and malicious packet manipulation, is prohibited. Users may not use RaveNodes services to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, unauthorized advertisements, automated messages intended to abuse messaging systems, or other unwanted promotional communications.
Users may not intentionally misuse resources through excessive consumption, resource exhaustion, service manipulation, plan limitation circumvention, trial abuse, inappropriate storage use, or activities that negatively affect infrastructure stability.
Users may not operate game servers for malicious purposes, distribute unauthorized software, host harmful modifications, impersonate others, evade third-party restrictions, or intentionally disrupt multiplayer environments. Users are responsible for all content, administrators, plugins, and software associated with their servers and must independently comply with all applicable game developer terms of service, end-user license agreements (EULAs), and brand usage guidelines, including Mojang/Microsoft policies for Minecraft and the corresponding requirements of any other third-party multiplayer title hosted on our platform.
Users may not host, store, distribute, or transmit unlawful, harmful, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content, including stolen data, unauthorized personal information, threats, violent content, abusive material, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
Users may not abuse services through excessive automation, repeated support misuse, account creation intended to evade restrictions, service manipulation, or attempts to bypass usage limitations.
Users are responsible for maintaining account and service security through strong authentication practices, software maintenance, application security, and prompt reporting of suspected compromises.
Suspected violations may be reported to the RaveNodes Abuse Department by providing a description of the issue, relevant dates, supporting evidence, and affected services where available.
RaveNodes may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, account termination, content removal, resource limitations, or reporting activities to relevant authorities where required.
Users may submit appeals regarding enforcement actions, although submission of an appeal does not guarantee modification or reversal of a decision.
RaveNodes reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without notice, and continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
