These Terms of Service explain the simple rules for using RaveNodes hosting. By signing up or buying any service with us, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Who Can Use RaveNodes

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you are younger, you can only use our services with permission and help from a parent or legal guardian.

2. What We Provide

We offer Minecraft server hosting, other game servers hosting and related tools. We may update, upgrade, or change our systems occasionally to keep performance fast and secure.

3. Your Account Info

Please enter real details when creating an account so we can reach you about invoices or server updates. Keep your password safe you are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

4. Billing & Payments

Services are billed based on the prices shown at checkout. Most server plans renew automatically every month unless canceled. If a payment fails, your server may be paused, suspended, or terminated if unpaid.

5. Refunds & Money Back

All refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy page. Setup fees and custom add-ons aren't refundable, and breaking our rules or opening a chargeback voids your refund.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

How you use your server must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Basically: no hacking, no illegal content, no crypto mining, and play fair with server CPU power.

7. Minecraft Hosting Rules

You are responsible for the mods, plugins, files, and players on your server. Do not run malicious plugins, mods or any other assets, or intentionally lag or crash the node.

8. Account Suspension & Ban

We reserve the right to pause or delete your server immediately if you break our terms, fail to pay invoices, or launch network attacks that harm other customers on the node.

9. Server Backups

We offer handy automated and manual backups on the panel, but you are responsible for keeping offline downloads of your important world files, plugins, and databases.

10. Uptime & Maintenance

We work hard to keep servers online 24/7. However, temporary downtime may happen for emergency system maintenance, hardware repairs, or internet-wide provider issues.

11. Logos & Stored Content

RaveNodes owns its branding, website, software, and logos. You keep 100% ownership of all your uploaded server files, world maps, logos, and custom code.

12. Limitation of Liability

RaveNodes is not responsible for lost business profits, game server revenue, or corrupted files. Our maximum financial liability is capped at the amount you paid us over the past 3 months.

13. Legal Responsibility

If you break laws, run illegal server content, or violate these terms, you agree to cover any legal costs, damages, or claims brought against RaveNodes as a result.

14. Your Privacy

We respect your data privacy. How we gather, store, and protect your personal information is explained clearly on our Privacy Policy page.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use RaveNodes after an update means you accept the revised rules.
