Welcome To RaveNodes, By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following SLA ("Policy"). Please read them carefully.
We are committed to providing 99% uptime for our services. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in this SLA.
The uptime commitment does not apply to any performance issues or downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet service provider failures, or actions taken by you or third parties.
If the monthly uptime percentage falls below the committed level, you may be eligible for service credits as follows:
- 97% - 98.5% uptime: 5% service credit
- 95% - 96.99% uptime: 10% service credit
- Below 95% uptime: 20% service credit
You can request them within 7 days after calculation. You can't get them in form of money back.
To request service credits, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the end of the month in which the uptime commitment was not met. Please provide details of the downtime experienced and any relevant supporting information.
Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet the uptime commitment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any failure to meet the uptime commitment.
We reserve the right to modify this SLA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised SLA on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new SLA.

This SLA constitutes the entire agreement between you and RaveNodes regarding the uptime commitment and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
